AIGC acceptable use policy
Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to uploads, AI generation, outputs and sharing through Couple Zombie Video. You must be 18 or older, have permission from every person pictured, and hold the rights needed for uploaded material. Fictional zombie styling must remain non-graphic. A model producing an output does not mean that output is permitted. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Pornography and NSFW
Do not upload or generate pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual nudity, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery. Sexualized depictions of real people are prohibited, even if described as fictional.
2. Violence and gore
Do not generate graphic violence, bloodshed, exposed organs, dismemberment, torture, realistic severe injuries, threats or material encouraging violence. The zombie theme permits only non-graphic fictional makeup and atmosphere; it does not permit gore or attacks.
3. Hate speech
Do not generate content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, harassment or violence against people based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability. Extremist propaganda and recruitment are prohibited.
4. Child safety and CSAM
Only adult subjects may be used. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, and any other content endangering children are strictly prohibited, including synthetic or fictional depictions. Do not upload photos of minors.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate another person, misrepresent their identity, endorsement or actions, or use their likeness without permission. Consensual fictional AI stories must not be presented as authentic recordings. Do not use public figures or third-party portraits without the necessary authorization.
6. Copyright and trademarks
Do not upload or generate material that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights or other intellectual property rights. This includes unlicensed photos, video, music, logos and misleading brand endorsements. Use only material you own, have licensed, or are otherwise legally entitled to use.
Report a violation
Email support@couplezombievideo.com with the subject Content report. Include the job ID or output URL, the category involved, a short explanation and a reply address. Rights holders should identify the protected work or trademark and explain their authority to report it. Do not attach illegal imagery, CSAM, passwords or payment credentials. If there is an immediate threat, contact the appropriate emergency authority.
Content review process
Generation uses preset prompts rather than unrestricted user-written prompts. Applicable model-provider safety restrictions may reject requests, but are not a guarantee of detection. The operator manually reviews reports and identified concerns using available job metadata, accessible outputs and information provided by the reporter; we do not claim that a human reviews every upload or result before delivery. Reports are assessed for severity and available evidence. Where necessary, access may be restricted while the operator investigates, requests clarification and determines an appropriate response. The reporter and affected user may be informed where appropriate and legally permitted. We do not guarantee a fixed response time.
Enforcement actions
Confirmed violations may result in rejection or cancellation of generation, removal or disabling of access to violating content within our control, temporary suspension or permanent account closure, and revocation of promotional, fraudulently obtained or violation-related credits where lawful. We may request removal by hosting or model providers for content outside our direct control and report suspected illegal activity to competent authorities where required. Measures depend on severity, evidence and repeated abuse; a warning is not required for serious violations. Paid-credit and refund decisions remain subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy. Technical generation failures do not by themselves constitute misconduct.
Appeals and limitations
To challenge a restriction, email support@couplezombievideo.com with the account email, job reference and reasons for review. The operator reassesses the available evidence and replies where appropriate. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure process. Provider-hosted files and third-party copies may require provider assistance to remove; we cannot promise deletion of every external copy.
